I enjoy living in the countryside, spending time with my labrador on the wild hillsides and in the forestry of Radnorshire. I am married and prefer to stay at home now, having travelled fairly extensively. I have a passion for understanding different cultures, learning (especially about nature), writing and spending time with people close to me.
I am SADIE CHAMBERS, originally from West Midlands but now happily ensconced in the Herefordshire countryside.
I spent 32 years working with the Public Sector before retiring in 2012. I initially moved to the Welsh hills with my partner where we raised Ryeland sheep on our smallholding for 8 years.
Due to family circumstances, we relocated to Hereford where upon I trained with the Fellowship of Professional Celebrants to become a certificated Wedding Celebrant.
I’m described as being personable and conscientious, patient and sometimes a little mischievous, but always professional in all aspects of work.
I enjoy listening to music, dancing and travelling. I became a Wedding Celebrant because I genuinely enjoy meeting with people and helping them prepare for their ‘big day’. My motto is “we can do it” so that you get, what you want, for your Wedding.
I am Helen J Batchelor . I was born in Warwickshire and moved gradually west, through the Midlands, settling just over the Welsh/English Border in Powys in 2010.
I spent 18yrs working with the Public Sector before becoming a qualified, self-employed trainer in Adult Education, working mainly in the arena of equality & diversity.
Many of the skills I picked up during my previous employments fitted in well as I trained with the Fellowship of Professional Celebrants to become a certificated, trained Independent Civil Celebrant. I'm also a member of the Association of Independent Celebrants. I'm described as being relaxed and easy to get on with, but a strict professional when it comes to work. I take pride in producing only ceremonies that the clients are happy with.
I really enjoy meeting and speaking with people as I learn so much from them. It's even better when I get to work with them to plan their special day. Helping them design the ceremony that they want, helping them to realise and include their cultural beliefs and values, is a real honour. Seeing people enjoy their day, as they want it, is surely the way it should be.
